Enterprise Management Incentives Conference in Slovenia

Members of Prica & Partners attended the conference in Ljubljana, Slovenia on EMI (Enterprise Management Incentives) organized by the Slovenian law firm Jadek & Pensa on November 19, 2008.

Jelena Edelman, our senior associate, addressed the audience in the second panel elaborating the Serbian regulatory framework in this area, as well as the recent trends and management incentive practices of both domestic and foreign companies in Serbia.
