We have successfully represented our clients in several major arbitrations like Uniworld Holding, U.S.A. vs. Privatization Agency, et al., representing the plaintiff before the ICC Arbitration against the Privatization Agency; Com. Int. of Italy vs. EAR (European Agency for Reconstruction), representing EAR in the Amicable Dispute Resolution (ADR) before the ICC Arbitration in Paris; Duferco of Italy vs. Bank of Austria before the ICC Arbitration, assisting the plaintiff as a legal adviser on local law; ICN Pharmaceuticals of USA vs. the Health Fund of Serbia, representing the defendant, before the ICC Arbitration; Trafigura of The Netherlands vs. Zorka Holding of Serbia, representing the plaintiff before the London Court of International Arbitration. We are currently representing, as a local counsel, Mytilineos of Greece in arbitration before UNICITRAL Arbitration in Mytilineos vs. the Republic of Serbia, which is the most important arbitration for Serbia and the only arbitration based on Bilateral Treaty on the Protection of Investments. Our office contributed the brochure on arbitration costs in Central and Eastern Europe published by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, a law office that we have permanent cooperation with.
