When it comes to purchase of real estate we are highly experienced in preparation of legal due diligence reports on the immovable property and drafting of sale and purchase agreements.
With respect to legal support to the construction projects our firm offers wide range of services from the very start of the project (obtaining of relevant clearances and permits), throughout its implementation (drafting construction agreements including the agreements pursuant to FIDIC rules), until its completion (registering the building with the cadastral register).
The legal services we provide also include introducing clients to the newly enacted laws as well as the laws that are yet expected to come to force (i.e. Draft Law on Denationalization and Construction Land which will regulate the conditions, means and procedure of restitution of or reimbursement for the property, now within the territorial boundaries of the Republic of Serbia, seized from natural and legal persons, without any reasonable reimbursement, and transformed into public / state property after 1 January 1945).
